It will explore the 50+ year history of the original club to its modern day facility, from Ray's journey to Commonwealth gold, his battle to build HAWFC, and the impact it has had on a deprived community in Holyhead & Anglesey. This affordable and accessible social enterprise (not-for-profit) gym, has shown to be a model that could be replicated across Wales.

This film features interviews from Commonwealth gold medalist Ray Williams, Olympic athlete and Commonwealth gold medalist Gareth Evans, and Deputy Leader of Plaid Cymru, Rhun ap Iorweth, amongst many others.
